The file will then be sent to the email address you provided during purchase. The process depends on whether the product is an instant download or a personalized digital item.
• What is a digital download?
  A digital download is a virtual product delivered online, not a physical item. You can print it at home, at a print shop, or use it digitally for personal use. No physical product will be shipped.
• Does the product include printing?
  No. You will receive a digital file only. It’s your responsibility to print it using your preferred method and at your chosen location.
• What file formats are included?
  Files may come in high-resolution PNG (transparent background), JPG (standard image), PDF (document), or ZIP (compressed folder). The ZIP format is used to package multiple files together into a single download. The exact format, size, and resolution are detailed on each product page for full transparency.
• What is a ZIP file?
  A ZIP file is a compressed folder that contains one or more files in formats like PNG, JPG, or PDF. It allows several files to be bundled together for a simpler and faster download. To access the contents, double-click or right-click the ZIP file and choose “Extract” or “Unzip.” Once extracted, you’ll see the original files ready to use in their respective formats.
• Will the colors print exactly as they appear on screen?
  There might be slight differences in printed colors compared to how they appear on your screen. These variations are due to differences in monitors, printers, inks, and paper types. If exact color accuracy is essential, consider doing a test print first.
• Can I use the files commercially?
  No. All digital files are for personal use only. You are not permitted to use them for commercial purposes, resell them, or share them with others without explicit written permission.
• What should I do if I can’t download or open the file?
